Sinus and Nasal Treatment Options
Balloon
Sinus Dilation
Balloon Sinus Dilation offers a solution to open blocked sinus passageways and provides relief for various sinus and nasal conditions including chronic sinusitis, recurring sinus infections, chronic sinus pressure, and even sinus migraines or headaches.
Vivaer® Airway Remodeling
Millions of people suffer from nasal airway obstructions and blockages that make it difficult to breathe through the nose. Vivaer® Nasal Airway Remodeling is a non-surgical treatment that can be performed in-office, to expand and open the airways, making it possible for patients to breathe better.
RhinAer Procedure – Chronic Rhinitis Treatment
Chronic nasal symptoms such as persistent runny nose, congestion, post-nasal drip, and sneezing are often caused by Chronic Rhinitis. The RhinAer Procedure is a minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment designed to provide long-lasting relief from these symptoms.
Performed comfortably in-office, the RhinAer procedure uses gentle, temperature-controlled radiofrequency energy to target and calm the overactive nasal nerves responsible for chronic rhinitis. By reducing these nerve signals, the treatment helps decrease excessive mucus production and nasal irritation—allowing patients to breathe more comfortably and experience fewer daily symptoms.
Most patients experience little downtime and can return to normal activities quickly, making RhinAer an effective solution for long-term relief from chronic nasal symptoms.
ClariFix® Cryotherapy – Chronic Rhinitis Treatment
Millions of people suffer from persistent nasal symptoms caused by Chronic Rhinitis, including runny nose, congestion, and post-nasal drip. The ClariFix Cryotherapy Procedure is a minimally invasive, in-office treatment designed to target the root cause of these symptoms.
Using advanced cryotherapy technology, the ClariFix procedure delivers controlled cooling to the overactive nerves in the back of the nose that trigger chronic rhinitis symptoms. By calming these nerves, the treatment can significantly reduce excessive mucus production and nasal irritation. The procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia, requires minimal downtime, and helps many patients experience lasting relief so they can breathe more comfortably and get back to daily life.
Endoscopic Polypectomy
Recurring extensive surgical therapies over many years can be painful and expensive. Modern in-office Polypectomy procedures can be done safely and with comfort using intravenous sedation without the need for general anesthesia in our procedure room.
Combined with Balloon Sinus Dilation, Polypectomies can provide long-lasting results without all the downtime and expense. Comprehensive management in our Allergy Testing and Treatment Center can also dramatically reduce polyp recurrence.
Endoscopic Septoplasty
The passages of the nose are regularly separated into two equal-sized cavities by a formation known as the septum. At times this delicate structure can form crooked or become deviated through injury. When it does, normal breathing and sinus and nasal function on one side of the nose can be impaired, leading to snoring, sinus pain, facial pressure, and other common conditions.
Septoplasty is a simple in-office procedure designed to repair these structures, restore the optimal functioning of the sinuses and get patients to breathe and sleep better.
Turbinate Reduction
Turbinate swelling is a frequent reason for nasal congestion. The turbinates are natural shelves that humidify, warm, and filter the air we breathe. Whether from allergies, infection, or extensive use of nasal sprays, the turbinates may stay persistently swollen despite repeated medical therapy. A reduction of the swollen nasal turbinates can now be performed by a minimally invasive technique, similar to liposuction, as an in-office procedure.
Turbinates can be safely reduced in minutes to allow for patients to breathe better after using this technique. With essentially no recovery time needed, the patient can return to their normal routines by the next day.
